iTunes and Pearl Jam (Ten)

I looked at iTunes, and it has this thing called Genius, where it'll assume you like so and so artist because you have so and so artist in your library. Anyway, I'm listening to Hail, Hail and I see on the right hand side "Master/Slave" for .99. I click on the title and it takes me to Ten, where Master/Slave is track #12, right after "Release."

    thats just so they can make another buck off people. they also have hummus and 4/20/02 on there as well

    They have Lost Dogs being released in 1996.
