An Update is that TEN CLUB is already aware of our claims. They will revisit the issue and see what they can do.

I'm all for them getting what they want. I think they all deserve everything they are asking for. But it's getting so redundant and boring. The entire 10 Club staff knows about the situation. They are going to try their best to get you guys in early. Continuing to send email after email is just pointless right now. All it's doing is slowing down anyone else who may have other questions from getting helped. It's not like they have 3,000 people sitting there answering emails.

Thank you RedMosquito22, f***ng great to hear it from you (who almost everyone thought was being selfish), but our 10c e-mails stopped hours ago... Now we're sending e-mails to fcbittenca. It would be great to have your signature at (sh*t... at, on or in..?!? ) the petition. We stopped sending e-mails, mainly after Tim's response... I really think we're moving forward here...

Just signed in the petition. The most important is: this password for all cities is really weird, I don´t know how 10c will know who is a member and who is not, just writing that password. I hope they put a field there to allow us to type our own 10c number, and not a ridiculous password that probably will leak.
When I bought for U2 at pre-sale, they send an intricated password with a lot of letters and numbers, each member had a different password, and the pre-sale crashed a lot of times...I got luck to get mine after 20 mins, but a lot of people don´t have this lucky.

But it might be a system issue. Let's face it. U2 has a LOT more resources than Pearl Jam.
The thing is... hold on to your password. Please don't leak it.

It will leak anyway, but don't help it.

Ten Club has seen our claims is working something to try and accommodate our needs.
They might be real busy with PJ20 coming up.

Sure, it´s really secure here, I won´t leak it. I hope they find some system that allow us to insert our 10c number to buy tickets...if not, it will be "o samba do crioulo doido" hehehe..I already sent an email for them asking the same thing, I hope they reply soon?
