    That is too obvious of a solution Claireack. The legal system doesn't work like that in the States :(

    My question is, if you are arrested dealing drugs, can you then request the drugs in jail if you are your own counsel? I'm guessing it's a no because 100 years ago someone tried it and the jailers and judge told him to fuck off. But this case is straight out of the 21st century and now all we can do is grit our teeth and shrug our shoulders because our legal system is becoming our own worst enemy.
