I got tix for the St Lou show and they seemed to be goin fast.
Looks like mine are pretty solid. ORCHLT row E
First time seeing Wilco. Now I gotta get busy familiarizing myself with their catalog.
I went back in and I did manage to get a couple for Madison.
I went back in after that and I had four tickets for St. Louis in my cart (two together and the other two in different sections) but then I got logged off. They were all good seats, too.
Oh, well... I would be kind of pain in the ass to go to St. Louis and then up to Madison the next day.
Shit. Now I'm a little worried. I went back and got one more ticket (circle - Row A) and I just read the official policy about duplicate orders being cancelled. I really hope that just means they'll cancel if the total of your purchases exceeds four tickets. I ordered a total of three.
There is a strict FOUR TICKETS PER HOUSEHOLD limit for this concert. Anyone placing duplicate orders will have all orders CANCELLED and service charges will not be refunded.
I guess I could have just waited for the response from Front Gate Tickets, since it came in like a minute after I posted that. Just in case anyone who's reading this did the same thing I did, here's what they said.
I got tickets this morning on my phone for the Indy show.
Center Orch
Row F
Seats 17 & 18
Would probably have got a little closer had I known there was only one row for pit seats. Would have went straight for the center orch but no way am I complaining about 6th row dead center

Like an idiot, I misread the pre-sale time for Central Park and missed it. Hopefully I will be fine in the regular sale.
Dewie, I think you'll have a blast! Jeff Tweedy gets chatty like EV and he's pretty funny (especially when asking people to not talk: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ew3AOlbJXos). As far as their catalog, I highly recommend starting with Ashes of American Flags or Kicking Televisions if you have a little more time ... kind of like a survey course in Wilco. Then, Summerteeth Demos is one of my favorite albums ... I could listen to She's A Jar all day long. Hope you love the show ...

Good to hear I just posted last week that Yankee Hotel Foxtrot and Ashes of American Flags have been kickin my ass lately. Love the whole vibe of Ashes...... I've listened through most of their catalog a time or 2 and there's a lot that's really perked my ears, but that dvd really clinched getting tix for me. Nels Cline and Glenn Kotche have blown my mind a few times.

I did the same thing (or something similar) with the Indy show. Instead of going to the Wilco/Front Gate Tickets presale page, I went to the Live Nation presale page and I kept F5ing it for a couple minutes, waiting for the tickets to become available. Can't say for sure that I would have gotten the tickets if I'd gone to the right spot in the first place, but going to the wrong one certainly didn't help my chances.
I know the second night for atlatna is sold out and i think the first one is too. now that is just the wilco presale there are a lot more tickets available.
I got 3 tix Row F center for nigth two (about 11 rows back)
I also got one ticket Row C center for night 1
I was so happy i thought i had 6th and 3rd row seats then i realized they dont' start at row A DOH
Should be great. I had no problem getting tickets I hopped on at 10am and got them right away. I nkow some folks got put in a "waiting room" I don't know if it was because i was at work on our T1 and that is why it was so easy but it was smooth for me.

There are a some tickets left for the first night in Atlanta.
So you ended up with, what, rows 8 and 11 or so? Not too shabby...
I scored row 10 centre section for Massey Hall night #1 and row 2 centre section for night #2. I'm still thinking about Montreal, but am stoked to have scored good seats for both shows in Toronto.
front row for night one
right side, row L for night two
hooray for Wilco!

Just a casual fan and a broke college student so getting lawn seats for their Merriweather Post Pavillion show on 9/25! Very excited to see the show, what a phenomenal band!

as you are just a casual fan, not sure if this matters to you, but the general admission pit tickets that are right in front of the stage are only ten dollars more. i got them on the ticketfly website yesterday. might be worth checking out. from being there, and in that pit, i can tell you that the pit at merriweather is tiny, and if you get those tickets, you will be guaranteed a premium spot for the show. it will be worth it, wilco is one of the best live bands out there.

Noted! I am not the one in charge of getting the tickets for this concert but I will relay the message onto my friend! Wherever I end up sitting/standing for this one, I will for sure be very excited, I only hear great things about the Wilco live experience!
