Email from Tenclub?

Hi!

i have a question lets see if someone can help me out here.. well the question is, am I supposed to get an email from 10c about my elegibility to purchase tickets for 10c-members? i live in Peru and the tour was announced on 10th of July..

    If your membership is active, you should get the e-mail.

    I got one, but not until several hours after it was sent out. The timestamp on the message was 11:01 am, but it wasn't in my inbox until at least 5 pm.

    Hello guys, i'm from Peru too. I got the email yesterday at 11am aprox.
