Just wondering, when did the climbing stop? Obviously it stopped b/c Ed wanted it to. I think I remember him saying somewhere in a magazine article that the shows became more about spectacle than about music which wasn't what he wanted. But does anyone know when it stopped?

    I was in the crowd that day. Also, for those who have not been to Alpine Valley before, this gives you a glimpse of what the ampitheatre is like, atleast from the stage view perspective.

    I was lucky enough to be one of the people who pulled him up into the balcony at Osaka in '95. To this day I still don't know how he climbed up. He was wedging himself between "channels" in the walls. If you haven't seen the video, it's well worth a look. I have a bootleg DVD, but I believe there are some links out there...

    I mean that's got to be what was going through their heads. But none of them ever even looked up to see where he was or what he was doing most of the time.
