You're dead-on about "Down on the Upside" - about five years ago I pulled it out again and it was almost like getting a brand new album from the band.

I tend to agree with your other reviews, but I'd probably give Down On The Upside a 3.5. It has some good tracks but I usually get bored once I get into the second half. It is a definite letdown from Badmotorfinger and Superunknown.
