SANTA BARBARA PRE-PARTY

Hi all! I just got off the phone with my good friend Chris who owns Oreana Winery smack dab in the heart of SB, just off State St. Here is the link: http://oreanawinery.com/index.html. He has graciously opened the doors to anyone to come pre-party there before the show on Saturday. There will be live music starting around 1:30-2 p.m. and, in addition to EXCELLENT wines, they will be mixing up some of their new sangria in big ol' party cups @ $5 a cup. The winery/tasting room is about a mile from the SB Bowl and cabs are abundant + minivan cabs if people want to gather a group together. Party closes with the winery at 6 p.m., giving everyone plenty of time to get to the venue to get their tickets, merchandise, etc.
This is a fantastic place to pre-funk with the music, outdoor deck, free Ms. Pacman, wine, and of course friends! Hope to see you there!!! Feel free to respond if you think you may join in on the festivities.

Thanks!
Where I'm not ugly and you're lookin' at me
where are you playing golf?
Not sure. Along for the ride! All I know is that it's a 3 par executive course and we are doing 9 holes. I recall playing Sandpiper when I went to college down there but that's all I can think of in that area.
liz, if you can be on the lookout for norm's ankles again to help identify him, that would really help me out
cool, probably hidden oaks then, or maybe ocean meadows. these courses have been nicknamed 'hidden jokes' and 'ocean ghettos', so feel free to use those if you'd like.

LOL! Will do!!! You joining us on Saturday at the winery?
That's awesome! Yeah, it's great wine. They carry his wine at Trader Joe's too!
Yeah, I know... that's why I sent it. Happy Face Syrah is my favorite.

I'd like to but I'm playing golf later in the day and told some buddies I'd meet them at dargans or joes. Little easier to get a cab to the bowl from there. Have a good time.
