Some will say this doesn't count... BUT it WAS AT A PJ SHOW... so I'm COUNTING IT!!!
Last year at the Columbus show,
Mike did a 2 song Pre-open set and he performed: Dead Flowers- I think :? it's a Rolling Stones cover, so technically, I guess this one doesn't count.
and That's Alright - this one is listed as a PJ Original!!! therefore a PEARL JAM SONG!!
Both of these songs have only been performed ONCE... :ugeek:

Supersonic - OTOTO with the different lyrics about the Seattle Supersonics performed in Seattle 2009.
No Way (Played 9 times total live but at the time was first time since 1998) - Seattle, September 22nd, 2009
My first concert was when 7 songs into it, Neil Young took over because Ed had food poisioning so I have a bunch of songs that are Neil Young songs performed with Pearl Jam minus Ed. Like Cortez the Killer. Which according to the PJ website they've only played once but for some reason they're not including the time it was played in San Francisco in 1995.
Not the first time played, first time was at the Vic, I know cause I was there.
Plus Sweet Lew, Bugs, All or None, Out of my Mind, No Way, Undone (2)
I thought the first time they played education was dublin in 2006.

Ron: I just don't feel like going out tonight
Sammi: Wanna just break up?
So I wanted to determine the rarest possible PJ song to hear, and the answer is "Let me Sleep". It is a PJ Original that has been played only once, but it is also has been the longest time since it has been played. This method works fine for looking at songs that have only been played once. But if you wanted to compare say "bugs" (played once) with "just a girl" (played twice), then it's a bit more tricky. It's been 20 years since they've played "Just a girl". So I divided the # of times played by the number of days since it was last played. Sure it might not be a perfect method, but it's all I have time to do now. It seems to work pretty well. For example, "Let me sleep" is the rarest using this method, and "Even flow" is the least rare. That makes sense. But I'm not sure if makes sense that "Last Soldier" (played twice) is slightly more rare than "Angel" (played 4 times), just beause Angel was played twice as many times.

Wash, perhaps? In Ottawa '05? Bee Girl or Don't Gimme No Lip from the same show?
Or Down in Toronto '09?
Or Pilate in Montreal '00?
I'd say any of those!

I think they've all be played less than 20 times... and maybe in and around 30 times in a couple of cases.
Bee Girl - Jeff and Eddie Toronto 09
Chloe Dancer/Crown Of Thorns - Toronto 11
Fatal - Buffalo 10
Inside Job - Not rare but I saw the first performance Toronto 06
No Way - Buffalo 10
Push Me, Pull Me - Hamilton 11
Harvest Moon, Chloe Dancer, Search & Destroy and I Remember You are all covers so right now it's probably Push Me, Pull Me, Can't Keep, and U. Strangely enough, I've seen Leatherman 4 times which is probably more than enough for me (of course, Leatherman isn't particularly rare).
