Awww it's so nice to get this thread for my birthday!!
I've had a lovely weekend. The weather has been fab, I got some lovely pressies and cards.
Yesterday after lots of hot hours in the car we made it to Milton keynes and thankfully with Pippas excellent directions (and a man in a brown hat) we made it to one of the PJ enclaves in the bowl. I really enjoyed the music and the company, hubby enjoyed a nap during Deathcamp for a cutie (not sure if that's right) and had a wander during Biffy Clyro - he knew I was in safe hands, afterall I was with lovely Leanne who has everything anyone could ever need at a music event in her handbag - including hand santiser which was very useful after I stupidly stuck my sunglasses by one arm down my vest and then bent over to pull the flush lever.
The Foo Fighters were amazing and I jiggled along extensively throughout the performance which included guest appearances by Roger Taylor from Queen and Alice Cooper (there was someone else but I can't remember his name). There was also fireworks at the end which I rather liked.
Then after a night snuggling in a travel lodge with hubby and a very reasonably priced veggie cooked breakfast at Sainsburys it was off up the motorway home to pick up our lovely dog and see our wonderful son.
I gather I'm late but.....I wish for you all the best on your day....HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY....even though I'm late.

Happy Birthday! even though it's a tad belated....
I must tell you that I did think of you on Saturday...I saw a bit of a TV show we have here...they were following the Gypsies and Travelers around, and there was a wedding in Cumbria. I thought to myself, "what a lovely little town Claire lives in!"
The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.
