Need to make a fake FBI badge....

Got a sci-fi themed bday party soon.
I am going as Fox Mulder.
Any ideas on how I can best make one?
It needs to have Fox Mulder's pic on it with his name.

    I actually bought one factory made in New Mexico at a gift shop. Its freaking awesome and almost looks real. I thas fox's picture and everything check on e-bay if you have time to buy it!

    I got it last week, still unopened.
    Party is this Saturday, I haven't had time to go buy a toy gun or cheap suit that can get drinks spilt on it if it gets messy.
    Looks like it will be shirt, tie, jeans, ID card.
