Thank You Sergio Avenia SD 09 postere creator

I just want to let every one in the 10 club know what a great guy Sregio Avenia is. He is the creator of the San Diego 09 poster.

My daughters 14th birthday just past. A while ago I asked if he would sign the SD poster for my daughter because its one of her favorites. She was little down because her diabetes was giving her problems too.

I got a reply back that he would be happy to sign the poster. He even added in her own personalized monster to help cheer her up. I have a picture of it on the bottom of the thread.

I just bring this up because it seems Pearl Jam dont only hire great artist to do their posters they hire great people as well.

For those of you that dont know he was also the drummer for DERANGED DICTION :D

So Thank you Sergio, Sam loves what you did for her. :D

    :lol: Not that Im aware of. I will ask her in the morning. I tell you it looks nice framed on the wall. It was a big surprise to me that he did it. He was going to draw the band some where in the characters on the beach but couldnt find room. So he said he just made her this personalized monster instead. :D

    What a great thing for him to do! I've always been a big fan of that poster but I'm a bigger fan of the artist after reading this.
