Watch Smashing Pumpkins new "Owata" wrestling short film

I'm actually a wrestling fan, but this whole thing just comes off as so weird. I think a wrestling themed Smashing Pumpkins video could work if:

A- The song didn't suck ass and actually rocked without corny sounding synths.
B- It was an actual music video rather than a short film, with an edgier type of story (think Mickey Rourke's movie The Wrestler).

    Billy is definately his own person/artist. I think stuff like that is obvously different and pretty cool. I love that song!

    I don't really see the point in this, other than Billy getting his own rocks off because he's such a big wrestling fan.
