    I don't mind it.
    But it does depend on what city you reside in.

    Actually since i'm on the outskirts of vancouver, technically, it's pretty bad... But I make do. And anyways, Vancouver transit is no London Tube :(

    But at least its not LA!

    I'm pretty happy with the public transportation here (Helsinki), compared to my old home town it's so so much better. Back in the day I was lucky if there was a bus once an hour near me, once every two hours in the evenings. And I had to walk home from work countless times because the last bus ran an hour before my shift ended. :roll:

    Luckily I kinda like buses and such, though. :P (I don't drive so it's not like I have a choice. :lol: )

    EDIT: And like haffajappa, in the "old days", I just made do and dealt with it. *shrugs*

    It's much quicker for me to take public transporation than to drive to Philly everyday. It's a pain sometimes waiting for a bus to come, but for the most part, I don't mind it.

    I am so hoping my next job will be in the city again and I can go without buying a new car. I love it!
    Sure it can be a pain at times, but I think it's worth the tradeoffs.

    Sorry to hear that, I lived about a five minute walk from King George Station.. (but it was only for a few months)

    Where are you now?
    King George isn't bad, esp since they have cleaned up the area lately.

    I don't have it as bad as some people, at least its only one bus for me to Surrey Central :)

    I live in the boonies. No public transit anywhere close to my house unless I stick out my thumb and hope for the best.
