I read that program cover to cover in Philly. Such a great idea. Would love for PJ to do something similar.

  • It's been asked a bunch of times on what his gear was. As soon as I read that I thought "Well I better post it".

Ha! I'm taking partial credit for that page appearing having documented past tours' gear!

Was eating that up last two nights in Oakland! But now, what did he actually USE!

All other full size acoustics have fallen by the wayside, only the 195X Mahogony Martin 0-17 got playing time. It's the one with the round sticker behind the bridge. (Pretty sure, could be the '55, that mighta made an appearance.) No spruce tops or the white bad boy got any love.

The size 5 Sting Mini got a workout on a few numbers as well, LOVE that guitar.

The white strats were in heavy use as well -- I can't really tell which uke is which, he does play a bunch of 'em. And the mandolin, and SURPRISE! the banjo last night.

But last night on Parting Ways, I saw it on the stand going, what the heck? Oh THAT'S the Rickenbacker! My god, the depth of that sound!

Not only did Oakland get the banjo, we also got the PUMP ORGAN! Hey, that's not on the list!
