    I spent $56 and ate like a pig...
    Saw Soul Asylum and Rare Earth play for a few hours.....

    $56 was a fucking bargain.....

    Its the one event in Chicago, that Kathy and I get all excited for.....hehehehe

    Soul Asylum was pretty good too....We knew 3 or 4 of their "hits"....and some of their other music was pretty damned good....

    We laid a blanket out in Grant Park...
    We watched familes play frisbee...
    We watched families throw a football around...
    We listened to good music....
    We talked with strangers and had fun conversation.....
    We ate like pigs...
    We never waited in a line for more than a minute.....
    We people watched all day long....

    It was a great time......

    Sounds awesome. I quite enjoy some old Soul Asylum...what was that one song "we 3"? Was that theirs or a cover?
