Extra 10C ticket for Montreal/Toronto - Where to Stay?

So, I'm making the drive from New Jersey to Montreal to Toronto and back.

I have a pair of 10C tickets for Montreal and one Toronto show, and I pair of public onsale tix for the other Toronto show. Person that was coming with me backed out.

Looking for suggestions on where to stay in Montreal and Toronto.......and I may have a spare ticket for all three shows.....

Any help on where to stay would be appreciated. Also.....in killing time for those three days between shows - better to hang near Montreal or Toronto?

    If you are looking to stay in a great area stay near crecent street. As for individual hotels, i havent stayed in enough to say, but rue crecent is really a cool scene no matter what you are into.

    Montreal ticket is gone. Still have both nights in Toronto.
