this is good news to me...

however, i am waiting for those opposing this ruling to gripe and call shenanigans and "conflict of interest" or "activist judge" because the judge ruled on a woman's health issue whilest being a woman....

    I really don't get it.

could it be that "government" is just the strawman "enemy" when perhaps the enemy is within themselves in the form of self-righteousness?

i also love how these people want "government out of their lives" yet when a disaster hits they are the first ones in line demanding to be made whole again through government funds and donations from things like the red cross...you would think that by some of the rationale behind comments from folks on here that they would have a financial "safety net" of their own, or be too prideful to take any help from the government or anybody else. and these are also the same people that have no problems with the health insurance industry only because they had never been denied coverage for anything like most people have.. i am just asking for consistency. it is fine to ask for a handout when it is needed, just don't make people who are in the same position of emergent and timely need jump through hoops and look at ultrasound images in attempt to make them feel guilty for getting pregnant through rape or incest, or condom breakage, etc...
