"free show" comment

Did anybody hear exactly what Eddie said about the "free show" (Coldplay)...
I thought he was making fun at first, but today I read some reviews that Chris Martin was there...

anyone know?

    People say their show was only 65 min is this true?

    If so that is lame for a band that has what, at least 4 albums

    The Coldplay show was rather short, I think around 1 hour 10 minutes. Something like that. That doesn't even cover PJ's Encores!

    70 minutes and they screwed up at least 2 songs...great first Coldplay thought they were U2 NOW they think they're PJ

    I love Coldplay, but their concerts have always generally been pretty short.

    In the 1 hr 15 minute to 1 hr 45 minute range typically.
    2000: Pittsburgh
    2006: Camden I & II, DC
    2008: DC, Ed DC II

    Coldplay always plays short shows i think.

    Why do they "think they're PJ"? Because they played a concert at MSG?

    If someone from Coldplay showed up to see PJ, I'd consider that just showing the proper respect to the greatest band in the world.

    I'm pretty sure Coldplay doesn't want to be Pearl Jam.. U2 or the Beatles maybe, but not Pearl Jam.

    Did anyone see Chris Martin there, though?
    I saw Jill & Olivia (too cute!) and the twins..but couldn't make out anyone else in that section.

    actually I think Eddie has been at messing up far longer than Coldplay :)

    btw...does anyone else think Coldplay shouldve left Lost as an acostic song rather than add that unnecessary drum beat behind it...terrible
