Too Hall & Oates for me

From listening to the first 55 seconds of MoneyGrabber I can see both influences. They're all blue-eyed soul. But then everything "new" is just derivative of things that came before it. I saw Hall & Oates last year at one of the casinos in Connecticut, they only played for 90 minutes! No encores even. I was lucky PJ was a few days after :)

Yup, absolutely. Definitely hear the Hall and Oates in them, but it has far more layers. If you search YouTube, they played with Daryl Hall as part of his Daryl's House series. Fantastic versions that give you a taste of how they sound live. Gonna see them Tuesday night, so I'll be able to comment more on that later.

I had heard of these guys before but wasn't too familiar with them. Decided to pick up their latest cd at the record store. I was very impressed, i dug it a lot.
