Anyone not getting ticket confirmation email

Hey there,

Got tix for Mansfield, DC, SC, and VA Beach and have not received order confirmation email.

Order is in my account, however.

Anyone else in the same boat?

    I got my tickets for Virginia Beach & DC, but no email. The tickets are in my profile & have been charged, so I'm not worrying. Do you have a comcast email address? I think that's the problem.

    I got VA beach and Camden in my profile and my bank account was charged and no email and I do have comcast

    do not worry, as long as the tix are in your profile and the money was taken out/charged you're fine. I JUST got my e-mail confirmation for West Palm and Tampa a few days ago, but they were in my profile and the money was withdrawn immediately. As the later shows get closer you'll get your confirmation.

    I have comcrap too and wonder if there is a setting in there that needs to be changed to allow us to receive these email confirmation letters.

    I've tried dropping all the spam filters through the comcast website and email... nothing....

    However, I do eventually get an email from the 10C when they email instructions on how to pick up tickets....

    Anyway, sounds like a lot us are in the same boat being not notified with comcast accounts

    I just got an email from the 10c about 6 hours after I purchased my Camden tix (the unconfirmed show). I'd assume you'll all get yours soon enough. Here's what it says:

    I have Comcast as well and haven't gotten any e-mails. Not sure what the deal is. But, the orders are in my profile so I know they went through. Stupid Comcast!
