Eye's of the sun.

If you had the time
to look inside my mind
could you hold the piece's of me
that run thru thought's and hide.

The foot prints of your life
are followed by the dreams
you've left behind
and the smiles that you take
from the faces that you make
are etched into the eyes of the sun.

When I close my eyes I see the traces
of a dream you have left behind
on the shores of changing tides
and all I can do is run to chase
the faces that you make.

The smiles that you take
and the dreams you've left behind
leave me running thru thoughts to hide
in the burning eyes of the sun.

The crazy smile of silense winks
as the foot steps we make
walk further from the dreams we leave behind.

    thanks jo, it's just a random thought of lifes journey and choices we make along the way, looking back at life and knowing that everything we have done is what brought us to the people and places the we know and enjoy today.I always say that life is a cool journey and to understand that is what creates the hunger to learn and also enjoy each day as much as possible.....I'm rabmling sorry. :D

    Rambling is cool...we both have that trait :D

    Life's stories are the finest. Life is a continuing journey and no matter the detours we take, we always make it back to where we're meant to be, and hopefully that's good and right.
