My first PJ concert . Took the Amtrak train from Southern California, up the coast, through parts of Oregon, Washington, and Idaho (a 3-day journey), to attend the band's first U.S. show in support of Yield (and, I believe, first U.S. show, period, since the ticketmaster battle).
I remember squeezing up near the front of the massive GA crowd on the football field, not being able to stand still the entire show due to the swaying and pushing of the entire crowd, the crowdsurfers, and falling in love with "In Hiding."
13 years and dozens of PJ shows later, I still remember it like it was yesterday.
