10c tix to EV shows - best seats in the house?

I apologize in advance if this has already been discussed. I know 10c tix are randomly assigned and not based on seniority, but collectively are all the 10c tix the best in the house (or close), or could we potentally get worse seats than whatever was on Ticketmaster?

    For the west coast shows I had great seats 2 night and my ten club number sucks. this tour is in such small places all the seats are good.
