iTunes Album Artwork auto-import problems?

I've been incredibly lazy over the last few years with my music, but am finally getting around to ripping my CD's to iTunes. While wonderfully easy, the one annoyance I'm having with it is how occasionally the right-click for "get album artwork" doesn't pull anything in. Happened with Ten, self-titled, and Backspacer (along with Bleach from Nirvana, Jar of Flies from AIC, Short Bus from Filter, Evil Empire from RATM, and others). I get it why none of my Tool albums worked (they aren't available on iTunes), but I don't get it for the rest of those that I mentioned.
Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions or work-arounds that anyone knows of? Any info I'd greatly appreciate - thanks!

1. Go here: http://www.apple.com/downloads/dashboard/
2. Scroll down to the area that says "Widget Browser."
3. From the list in the Widget Browser select "Music."
4. Scroll down the list that pops up to "Amazon Album Art."
5. Select that widget and download/install it.
Once that is done:
1. Open up iTunes and locate an album (like a Tool album) that was not populated with the artwork. Click on a song.
2. Hit F12 to activate the widget dashboard.
3. In the Album Art text field, type in the name of the artist/album. A small thumbnail view will come up.
4. Click on the album art you want.
5. Click on "Add album art to iTunes."
6. You should see the music get tagged with the art you just located.
I have never really investigated a process for Windows because I think iTunes works better natively on a Mac, hence why I use the Mac for music library management. I do know that you can manually add artwork via a simple drag-and-drop method as well. This involves opening up a web browser, going to Amazon.com, plugging in the album/artist, copying the resulting artwork (png or jpg) over to your desktop (or other location), and then dragging the artwork into the iTunes window paine after selecting the entire album, right clicking to "get info", and performing another drag-and-drop of the artwork into the frame on the "Artwork" tab.
Sorry, I know that one is ugly. You might want to look in to DoubleTwist as well (http://www.doubletwist.com/). I've never used it, but have read good things about it. Looks pretty handy and is also cross platform for Mac OSX, Windows, and Linux.
Good luck!
I usually do something like this :
Although I find it quicker to type the name of the album on the google search bar, click on image, ctrl-click on the image I want, select copy, then select all the tracks of the album on ITunes and ctrl-click paste into the album-art frame. A couple second later, there you are !
Since I don't have a Mac, I'll try this "workaround" you mention above here...thanks!
