"Drop In The Park" digital download

I ordered the Ten "super deluxe" when it came out, but for a hundred different reasons am just getting around to grabbing my digital download of the "Drop In The Park" LP that was included. The instructions are simple:

1) GO TO: http://www.myplaydigital.com/pearljam
2) Enter the code listed [on instructions] to download your copy of the live album

Only problem is...when I go to that website, it asks for a username & login. I have no idea what those are supposed to be (as they aren't my 10C info - that's all I tried). Anyone else have this problem? Help?

    best bet would be to e-mail the 10C at: <!-- e --><a href="mailto:info@tenclub.net">info@tenclub.net</a><!-- e --> and ask them directly, or to go to gremmie.net and snag the download without spending any more time on it.
