My email got hacked...

Fuckers sent something to all of my contacts....

So in an attempt to warn everyone, I emailed all my contacts warning them....

SO THEN, my mate accidentally hits reply all and forwards an inappropriate comment saying 'so that email you sent about (insert name) copping it up the arse wasn't you then...'

This went to... the principal at the school I work, parents at the school I work, colleagues, family, friends, people who I do business with...

Uh oh, don't know what I'm more worried about, the hack or this...

    i got hacked recently. just changed my password and the problem was solved.

    i also sent an email to everyone...but blind carbon copied them too because i was expecting a few wise ass replies from some dopey friends and i got them. it appears you should have done the same. :lol:

    I'm using yahoo... My sister who is also using yahoo got done, and someone else I know of also got hacked...

    What is blind carbon or whatever that was?

    It has put a spin on my whole day as I have spent the last 2 hours cleaning up this fuckin mess...

    gf just had this happen last week on her hotmail account.

    use something more complex that password as your password people

    use gmail

    and always bcc when sending mass emails ... a lot of people just hit reply all automatically ...

    Oh, I wish I knew this... damn it... I gotta face the music this afternoon... Some I know are quite conservative, some will laugh...
