procrastination...

edited June 2011 in All Encompassing Trip
At the moment I am procrastinating on:
1) doing the dishes and washing baby bottles (needs to be done within the next 3 hours or so)
2) Writing a paper I need to hand in on Wednesday (it should take me at least 2 - 3 hours to write if not more :( )
3) finalizing grades for my students before report cards are handed out next week (needs to be done by this Wednesday afternoon)

What I am doing instead:
1) Listening to the CD's I bought last week
2) playing "bonifaco's bazaar" (a LD20 game): http://dl.dropbox.com/u/157984/ld20/final/ld20.html
3) posting on the forum
4) planning our trip to South Africa next month
5) considering taking a nap
6) considering to continue playing Portal 2

So, what are you procrastinating on/doing instead?
Still can't believe I met Mike Mccready at the Guggenheim and got a pic with him!!!!!

I am also procrastinating on writing my history article on "Danish postcards from 1900-1960 from Fanø and Skagen, and how to use them as historical sources in further research".

    But I am:
    Thinking about making more coffee
    Checking out the PJ forum
    Reading GUComics
Drawing maps for my next MERP session
    and
Thinking about doing some World of Tanks battles just before I start writing (again).
Have fun, walk hard and stay alive.

    I should be doing:

    Washing the dishes
    Generally tidying up the place
    Putting the washing machine on

    I am doing:

    Internetting (I'm sure that's a word :P )
Watching TV (only until ANTM is over though)
    Loitering
    Considering reading something
Trying to remember which comics I haven't checked yet today

That actually sounds like a cool idea for a history article. How many pages does it need to be?

    Procrastination pays off now.

    Hard work pays off....eventually (sometimes).

    What I should be doing;

the dishes and cleaning up the kitchen
    straighten the house
    a bit of laundry
    take a shower
    make a knife bag
coming up with a few dessert items for a friends restaurant

    What I am doing:

    listening to the news
    on the internet
watching my kid do stupid stuff

I have a lot to do today, and I'm just not feeling it. We'll see how it goes after lunch...

this thread was made for me!

    procrastination is my religion!

i find the more free time i have, the less i get done. i am so much more productive and efficient when i have to plan my time wisely. i am trying to work on that b/c i have a lot of time at the moment and i know i 'should' use it far better.

not much procrastinating at the moment, simply b/c hubby is on vacation this week so really, had no plans on getting much done. have a few projects we'll accomplish, but those are things i want to get done, so we will. at this present moment, i need to get up at fold laundry, that's about it.

i should clean the house and i also desperately need to dye my hair :? ....but....i am procrastinating both until...whenever.....
    Stay with me...
    Let's just breathe...

I am myself like you somehow
