Trouble opening Ed's Ukulele pdf

I received the ukulele book as a digital download (PDF).
I get an error when I tried to open it... i even upgraded to the newest version of acrobat reader, still can't open it.

"There was an error opening this document. Acrobat cannot decrypt this document."

    Use Adobe Reader X rather than Acrobat Reader.
