Are some EV 10Club tix allocated by lottery?

Sorry I cant seem to find the details, but are some EV solo show tickets (purchased through 10 club) allocated via a lottery system (i.e. front 2 rows (+9/10 or whatever) are random for 10club fans and not seniority) like they do for Pearl jam shows?

    No lottery or seniority. They are all over the place in the venue, but mine have always been really good.

    No seniority is my favorite part about the EV shows. I finally have a good shot at being close. 3rd row center in 2008!
