I just talked to a friend of mine who is at tonight's Boston show and she and her brother-in-law just had their tickets upgraded from balcony to front row, dead center. She said they got there early (7ish) and were sitting basically by themselves when some dude rolled up on them saying he worked for Ed and wanting to know if they wanted to move to the front row. Apparently they had a bunch of chairs set up in front for people to be have their seats upgraded. Rock on, I'm mega-jealous!! So for everybody with not-so-hot seats...don't despair! Get there early and pray to the rock gods.

not quite that easy though ;) i mentioned what we observed during the Vancouver shows in the post below which was made earlier last month:

Thanks for the clarification....Where did the 10C post this info?? I'm not gonna complain...I'm happy to be there...just wanna read the thread for myself.

there is no thread RE: this topic. the aim is to surprise and randomly select concert-goers with upper balcony seats. and in case anyone is wondering: 10C staffers have to approach you (you being anyone with upper balcony seats) about swapping your tix for the front row seats - if you approach them and ask/plead/beg, they will not accomodate you (from what i've observed at both Vancouver concerts anyway),...
To quote the 10C from Newsletter #8: "Please understand we have a lot of members and it is very hard to please everybody. If you are one of those unhappy people...please call 1-900-IDN-TCAR."
