Also, I think they have increased the number of posters available.
I got one at camden at 8:30 pm-the first time since the 2000 shows I could get one at the venue.0 -
You go to a merch booth. At Camden there was a separate line for posters, but I don't know if they are doing that at every show. But I'm telling you they did it at Camden so you'll be prepared just in case. Ask to buy a poster. They ask for $25. Then they give you a wristband. After the show, you go back to that booth and pick up the poster. One wristband/poster per person. At Camden, they wrote the number of the merch booth on the wristband, so you had to go back to THAT stand to get the poster. Good luck and enjoy tonight!I shit and I stink. I'm real, join the club.
A friend, he called, I didn't mention a thing. The last thing he said was, "Be sound". Sound. I contemplated an awful thing, I hate to admit. I just thought those would be such appropriate last words. But I'm still here.0 -
Get to a booth (typically not the first one you see), purchase a paper wristband for $25. Enjoy the show worry-free. After the show's over, go back to the booth where you bought your band (something no one really explained to me until I went to the show), and they cut it off to give you your poster.
Brilliant system, I think. I hope they continue it this way for future tours.*Rock and/or Roll!*0 -

I don't think they increased. I think it's just that people aren't buying a few at one booth, then a few at another, and so on. That adds up after a while.I shit and I stink. I'm real, join the club.

Wow!!! Thanks for the quick response. I have been a little away from the concert scene the last 4 years since I went to law school. The last time I saw PJ was for the 3 shows in Mansfield in 2003 when they only repeated one song. It was such an incredible experience.
Now that I am down in DC, I can't wait to see them again.0 -

the booth I bought from had a huge stack of them after the show at least a couple hundred at that booth alone.
But Im just guessing.
Perhaps the wristband thing is really making it tougher to buy multiple copies.0
