Cool, but what does that 'R' below the P in the Pepsi logo stand for? ;)

® means registered trademark. To determine whether there is a conflict between two marks, the Patent and Trademark Office determines whether consumers would be likely to confuse the goods or services of one party with those of the other party as a result of the use of the marks at issue by both parties. Trademarks, unlike patents, can be renewed forever as long as they are being used in business. ;)

In other words, don't print this logo on a light blue, button up, short sleeve shirt. Someone might come up to you on a hot summer day, looking for an ice cold Pepsi, and when they get close enough to see it says "Pearl Jam", and you're not the Pepsi Man, you won't even have time to explain yourself before you get beaten and thrown into a nearby dumpster. That's what I'd do anyway...

I may have seen that before and it was in my subconsious but this was based wholly on the Pepsi style script and logo. I can certainly see the similarities to the hoodie you've shown though. Stylized scripts are always tough to create and recreate.
