And with no help from anyone.

Hmm, makes you wonder, if you believe in the after life or so called judgement day, where does he fit in.

I personally have no problem with some of the things he did.

    Man is a hero. Hopefully someday we will all be afforded the dignity to die if we so choose.

    As for the afterlife. They all go to the same place.

    Where that is I don't know, but I'm pretty sure the fairy tale of Dante's Inferno isn't an option. ;)
