Eating my words as we speak, anyone got some A-1 ?
So, i've been sitting here since 03:45pm EST pulling my hair out and displaying some impressive restless leg syndrome, and by the time 04:01 rolls around and I proceed to get 23 DIFFERENT INSTANCES WHERE I EITHER HAD "BUY" DEAD TO RIGHTS OR THE TIX WERE ADDED AND I WAS MAGICALLY LOGGED OUT, only to sit here and glance over at the Pit and read how some of you are getting tickets and I'm cursing the day you were born, thinking what makes you better than me, or that my internet connection is'nt fast as yours (T1, btw) pretty much, insanity has set in now, and I'm gonna give up and sit here and lurk and call you all names under my breath, and give up all hope...
and a little ray of sunshine reared it's lil' head in.
By now, the 2nd night of NYC had been shifted from "temporarily out of stock" to "out of stock" and I was about to make peace with the whole thing. When I remembered in Firefox, I still had the 1st night in another tab in Firefox, and I had it locked into the "Buy" page, but a million back buttons & refreshes yielded no results.
So, giving up on night 2, I decide to give night 1 a shot until it loses the "temporarily" tag. Meanwhile, my nerves had calmed for one reason:
my iTunes pulled up "Blue, Red, & Grey" live and like clockwork, music soothed the savage beast. But still, I was getting nothing. It's 05:52 EST at this point
Then... magic.
Right when Eddie sings

I can laugh in the snow and rain

the "Buy" button suddenly... sprang to life.
I was logged in.
I had auto-fill on, Javascript off.
I cut & paste my CC info from Wordpad, and typed faster than Blurr from Transformers could talk.
And before I knew it:

And it's too true, Hartford was Amazing. Best PJ show I've ever seen. One of the best all-time, def gonna be on the legendary shows list for any PJ fan as soon as we get the Boot to prove it!!
Dunno if you saw the red seating pads Comcast was giving out, but I totally rocked those during Fuckin' Up, cause they made a super load crash every time when we were all clapping with Mr Tambourine Man on stage :P

What happened with me was, I kept getting the BUY button during the NYC 2 show, clicked it, but it kept saying I had to Log In. But in the top right corner, my name showed as me being logged in. I would hit the back button, and the OUT OF STOCK came up. So, as I finally gave up almost an hour later, I check my cart, and i have a pair of tickets on the screen. I click Check Out, put in my magic numbers...and BOOM! I got tix. Make sure to check your cart. If I "X"ed out, I would have lost out.
I totally hear you. I hit 5 shows, didn't have much of an issue with getting any of those tickets (some shows were easier than others but otherwise, no issue). Would I like to be at the EV show? you bet. but now that I've pretty much broke the bank account, I won't be too disappointed if I don't get tix in the general sale.
