Ticket Confirmation

Hey Guys,
I haven't heard anything since purchasing my tickets to the Hamilton show on TM...
Should I have received a confirmation email?

    I received an email confirmation almost immediately after purchasing tickets to the Montreal show. That was not through TM though, so it may be different.

    I was wondering the same thing, I got confrimation that I purchased the ticket through my local ticket provider (Captial Tickets) but I haven't heard anything from Ten Club. Should we be getting a message from Ten Club about our ticket purchase? :?

    I've heard nothing from 10C....only TM confirmations

    I believe that Tim addressed the issue today on the AET (PJ Radio/Sirius) show. Because of the major jugfcuk last week, most emails have yet to be sent. He asked for patience as they are also dealing with the influx of emails regarding this same issue.

    Question: Does the ticket(s) purchase show up in your order history? Cause I just checked mine now, and I don't see my order . . . very worried now :?
