Perhaps I missed something amidst all the release date talk. I didn't think the Blu Ray was being released in the States until late June? Now I see everyone was picking up the Blu Ray at Best Buys down south yesterday? What gives? Why is 10C waiting until the end of frigin June to release the Blu Ray when Best Buy already has it for sale (and evidently much cheaper)?? Sorry in advance if I missed something...
It's a Best Buy exclusive release.... they get 30 days before 10C can sell it elsewhere.
Ah so it's one of those deals...thanks for the info. I haven't been able to pay close enough attention lately and I can see now why everyone is complaining; had I known this to begin with I would have purchased everything from fucking Best But. Such bullshit....lesson learned I suppose.

You can still contact 10C and cancel your blu ray order and then pick it up at Best Buy.

I see you are in Baltimore. FWIW, I got the last Blu-Ray at the White Marsh location on Campbell. So if you are going to pick one up, you can cross that store off of your list.

haha nice, thanks for letting me know. I'd probably hit the Best Buy in Bel Air. Actually a buddy of mine is getting the DVD, I'll just watch his until my Blu Ray arrives later this month. The whole deal just kind of irks me though, so going to be a lot more cautious about these presales in the future. Thanks again for the info, dude

OR you can buy it at Best Buy, keep the receipt, then return the unopened 10C copy to Best Buy a month from now.
I was stunned ...
Don't you do it, too.
