Was able to buy a NYC 03 (Cheney) recently and then traded it for a Htfd 96. I think the Htfd 96 has a relatively cheap value (compared to other older posters) because it has the stone muscle guy that was repeated on a bunch of posters that year...
The NYC 03 is actually sweet...was tempted to keep it but I have a rule about only keeping posters to shows I have attended...

This is my #1 wanted for Pearl Jam posters I don't have ... Have seen a few that are really beat up, and people are still asking $400+ for it ... crazy talk.
Two from 2006 that are very rare (only 50 in each run), are the prints Lee Fenyves did for the San Francisco shows ...
Considering how amazingly poor the Ames San Francisco prints were (I mean, REALLY bad) ... I needed to get these as I was at the shows, and luckily, I finally tracked them down via a trade.
Too many shows to list: From my first show in Hawaii when they opened for RHCP to upcoming 2016 MSG and Wrigley. Seen them in every continent except Africa and Antarctica.
A one of a kind 3-D version of the PJ/CCFA Melbounrne S/E. This newly realized vision was created by Seattle artist (and my assistant) M. Braack. Four screen prints were sacrificed to create this meticulous masterpeice. The poster is an amazing layering of hand cut pieces each mounted on black foamcore and raised one level from another. This makes drop shadows to create a visual perspective that is most definitely 3D. The piece is framed in a black wood shadow box under glass. The overall effect gives the viewer a distinct feeling of dimension and depth that make this image new and exciting.

The picture is of Friday night's poster. This poster contains a pink ink, while Saturday night's uses a red ink where pink was used for the previous night's poster. Brad Klausen explains: "tonight's poster is slightly different, no pink, more of a red, not as much contrast....my printer ran out of pink ink towards the end, so we had to make do with what was available,....so for those who don't like the pink maybe tonight's will suit you better..."
Brad Klausen on BRY.com 1/22/06:
"ACs....i believe it was 1000, don't quote me on that though...have to double check
More pinks then reds, only about 250 reds, and i agree with you, the pinks are way better then the reds, reds are much flatter...there weren't supposed to be any reds, it was an audible at the last minute. I understand why people want the reds because there aren't as many, but really, the pinks are so much better, that's how the poster was designed to look."

i've always respectfully disagreed with bK RE: the "Pink vs. Red" debate, i MUCH prefer the Red version of the '05 Atlantic City poster (which i have framed and up on the wall) to the Pink version which i keep in my poster portfolio, i think the extra pink is just a tad too much for the poster,...

this is pretty rare. have this in my collection. the chipboard variant of the sean carroll print from cleveland 03. probably not a great demand, but still rare...
I own probably 200 Pearl Jam posters and I think that this poster is in my top 5. This poster is amazing in person and there is so much detail.
I am looking for a San Diego 98. I own just about every poster from 95-00. I have an extra Boston 98, east lansing 98, Chicago, and Amsterdam 96. I also have an extra Istanbul 96 but wouldnt trade it straight up.
Also the two hardest posters that were available to public to find are Prague 96 and Istanbul 96. I have both framed luckily but they were tough to obtain. Prague by far is the hardest Ames to find.

there's someone not too far away from my current location who took it upon himself to print up reproductions (i.e. Fake versions) of such posters as the '96 Istanbul and '98 Adelaide. as i recall he was selling these for $30 a pop. i believe Ames (it might have been Ames' lawyers) contacted him with a cease & desist, but regardless the damage is/was done and these fakes are floating around. the image in the fake versions is spot on, but the posters were printed on cardboard.
i do like the '96 Prague but can't justify spending anywhere between $1500-$2000 for the bragging rights that come with owning one i spoke to Ward Sutton about the poster and he said it was, and still is, his favorite Pearl Jam poster that he's done. if Jeff considers the '96 Istanbul to be the "holy grail" then i guess i should be satisfied to have it be mine as well hehe

You are correct on the santa barbara. There is probably 8 people that actually own this and no one else will.
As for the hess, back in the day that poster use to pop up on ebay a lot. I bought that poster for $150 in 2000 and I can remember seeing it go for less a bunch of times before. This poster is one of my favorite prints and is such a dark horse among posters. It is one of my favorites but I always for get about it. I really have to frame it and get it out of the flat file.

there was one of this, (both posters) at the ED show in vancouver night one. nobody wanted it, but someone ended up taking it! funny.....
i think its kinda ugly, but with only 6 out there......good trade material, should have grabbed it. ah well.
i've always respectfully disagreed with bK RE: the "Pink vs. Red" debate, i MUCH prefer the Red version of the '05 Atlantic City poster (which i have framed and up on the wall) to the Pink version which i keep in my poster portfolio, i think the extra pink is just a tad too much for the poster,...
