On the mini tour it was great to see the band rip through most of their catalogue. A song that was played more than i thought it would was 'Whipping'. Which i really like mind you! No complaints from me there!

What song do the boys keep playing that really surprise you or put a smile on your face.

Man, when they pulled out a freakin' SMOKIN' version of Brain of J at Hartford, I really felt glad that they hadn't stopped playing that one!

Next year I really, REALLY need to hear DEEP though!!

...oh, and BLOOD rocked my world this summer too...keep that one in rotation boys!
I was alone and far away when I heard the band start playing!

...I was always a DeadHead, but when I first heard Winston Rodney, aka the Burning Spear, sing, I became a SpearHead too!

For my show, I was especially glad that they played Red Mosquito, I Got Id, Army Reserve, Education, and Indifference. Ah, I'm so glad they played the whole set. haha. It's impossible to pick favorites out of that amazing show!

When they opened with "Oceans" in Florida this summer. It was my first time in Florida & my first time seeing the ocean and everything. And that is one of my fav. songs anyway =)
A child's rhyme stuck in my head...
It said "Life is nothing but a dream."
I've spent so many years in question
To find I'd known this all along.

I'm glad they still play in general. I watched the video of their '91 Tower Records performance today, and it's hard to believe they've last 17 years since then. Disregarding any other accomplishments, sticking with each other for nearly two decades is prize-worthy in itself.
    Thanks EPOTTSIII!

Oceans rocked in WPB- my favorite version of that song. And then when they busted out WMA at Bonnaroo- wow!

    "No, it was cordless."
