EV Tower ticket for sale

Looking to sell my ticket cuz going with someone whose seats are a little better than mine. Tix are in the Lower Balcony Row G seat 19. Looking to sell for face value i guess, which I am not sure off the top of my head how much it was. $80 i think :?:

One condition though, it would be way easier for me to meet you at the pre-party. Mainly so we know each other def. gets the ticket/money. Also so I can give the money to the person that is giving me their ticket. Thanks :)
