what is it about Footsteps and Hard to Imagine?

both songs make me cry.....its not some deep seeded feeling or image they spark up or anything like that......I cant explain it...do any of you get like that......both songs on the Live at the Gorge cds are just tearing me apart

    A lot of the songs on disc 2 of lost dogs are like that for me. They don't make me cry they just stir up deep feelings for some reason.

    Gotta agree!! Both are great songs - Footsteps at Grand Rapids 04 and Hard to Imagine at Grand Rapids 06 are definite highlights in my PJ world!

    yup. both sings get me every time too...

    Hard to Imagine gets to me much more than Footsteps. Hard to Imagine is so powerful, got to see it 2 outta 4 shows.

    alive from grand rapids 06 almost made me tear this morning when i was blasting it in my car. i think the combo if it being my fav version, the whole crowd shouting out YEA during the solo, and knwoing im seeing them again made me tear....i never felt that way from a song before.

    footsteps is so deep because I think of so many situations in my life that those words would be true. and the music is really good too.

    but I cry a lot over movies, songs, images, whatever and I just thought it was me.........

    guess I'm in good company...............
