Fan club ticket pick up

Does anyone know if Ten Club lets you leave tickets at their will call window? I am picking up my tickets and plan on heading in once the doors open, but my friend isn't coming for an hour or so after me. Does anyone have any idea or done this before? Thanks.

    I don't think that the 10 Club would have anything to do with this. I'd check with the venue

    The venue says they no longer allow people to leave tickets for friends at will call...so I was hoping Ten Club would let us...
