I scored both Toronto shows and Ottawa and Hamilton. All are in my order history, and all was charged on my credit cards. I know I would NOT been able to do this tomorrow....so I feel for everyone's pain.

And yes...like many others...I took a 1/2 day vacation to make it to a computer.

I hate to say this....but should PJ turn over their ticket selling business to TM? Or another corporation.

    i thought they use amazon's server. anyway tim already said it has nothing to do with the server

    wel it's got something to do with 10c, this sorta shit doesn't happen with TM or LN.
    and hey, i know pj battled TM in the past, but let's face it...they have changed over the years. i don't have a problem with it, but....just accept who you are nowadays and make it EASY for your fans. i totally understand there is supply/demand, i've been very lucky in the past...but to have fans try for HOURS and HOURS in vain, and then expect them to do it again, well...it borders on disrespect, and i KNOW 10c/pj don't mean that. people have lives and jobs - if they're lucky - and have to work around all that. it hurts. i just can't believe i am contemplating going thru all this, again, tomorrow...and may still end with the TM sale on friday. such a waste.

    All the more reason to go back to the "one show Ten Club ticket policy". This is not personal to you at all but for one member to get tickets to four shows and after six hours most members couldn't secure one? Ten Club I think the answer is so simple for the future. If we can't have a computer system that works lets limit the traffic. I'm not sure if anyone really picked up on the fact that with PJ20 ticket policy by giving members only one night of reserved seating they were basically doubling the amount of members to have great seats for the event. Using the "one show policy" for example in Toronto would have doubled the amount of Fan Club representation over the two shows. We should really look at this. :)
