Try to go to the Goods section and this note (below) is posted there. Looks like ticket sale for Canada will resume tomorrow.

Sorry our store is temporarily closed please read below.

We're shutting down the Canada pre-sale due to ticketing system failure. We'll be moving to another temporary system tomorrow to handle the Canada pre-sale for Ten Cub. We'll be posting more information on the site tonight regarding how the Canada pre-sale will work and when it will recommence. We will provide everyone at least 2 hours notice on the website and via the social networks before the pre-sale starts again. Stay tuned.

    I'm in the same boat for Vancouver...been hitting refresh all afternoon. Tickets are sitting in my cart (or were sitting in my cart?).

    When I originally wrote "tomorrow" I was speculating- I have no idea if that is when things will continue or not.

    i've wasted over 6 hours, and now this?!
    seriously. i am beyond dejected over it, and an 'i'm greatly sorry' just isn't going to cut it. i am not slagging on anyone nor being purposely disrespectful, just expressing my feelings. soooo disappointing. idk, this was supposed to be an amazing trip for us, and i am just upset. and yes, i know there are FAR worse problems in the world, and i am suffering thru a few of my own at the moment - all the more reason i was looking forward to this. /end rant.

    the store was closed on monday Alpine Valley presale and people were able to score tickets just pressing F5 and going to different links so maybe you can do the same... the people who leave the process and comeback the next day were screwed (well not all of them)... so who knows... good luck to all...
