Calgary/Edmonton/Vancouver, ANY luck?

F5 and enter is killing me. I've had CGY tix for the last 2.5 hours, and nothing. I know, yes, another thread about it. I'm just wondering if ANYONE has been able to checkout or if I should give up and throw my stupid cash at Ticketbastard, considering it looks like PJ doesn't want it.

    I managed to get Calgary and Edmonton after 2 and a half hours now. You can if you keep trying, then again some have been trying a lot longer than I and have had no success, so who knows. Couldn't blame you or anyone for going with TM at this point.

    Trying for Vancouver, this is so frustrating. An update of any kind would be nice. I am after all missing my chance at watching paint dry.

    I think I got Vancouver. Got to the CC page 4 times and then my cart became empty. When I tried to re-buy the tickets, it said I was restricted, because I can only order one pair of Vancouver. Same thing happened for Toronto. I did see Toronto in my order history, but I can't that to load for Vancouver so I hope. It took me almost 2 hrs for Vancouver. This is beyond ridiculous.

    Submitted my cc info for Vancouver and them it took me to step 1. It also said restricted when I tried again but my cc company said they have nothing yet and I can't get into history

    I just want to go to one show! Just one! I've confirmed my address a million times, got to step 2 a million times (BTW WHY the hell do you have to confirm your address twice? Redundancy much? Skip step 2, much faster), and then I get booted. Between the Firefox screen, the PJ Technical Difficulties screen and the Apache Tomcat error, I'm getting kind of annoyed.

    And then there's those who've been at this much longer than I and I shouldn't bitch. But holy moses, how hard is it to give people my money?

    Nothing here yet either. Been trying forever for Vancouver and I got to the checkout cart only once in the past almost 3 hours and entered credit info once only to have the site crash and now haven't been able to get back into it. I'm really sick and frustrated of this and about ready to quit and cancel my membership. This is not worth all the frustration. I guess TicketMaster is the best option at this point though I am no longer excited about this tour. I email 10C and I got a generic reply:

    "We are unable to look at your account, if you can get all the way through the credit card process, you can check your order history to make sure it went through.

    Due to a heavy volume of traffic on the site there is a bottle neck of people trying to get through for tickets. Tickets are selling, however it is a very slow process.

    Whether you are stuck on a page in the online store, or unable to reach the store at all, please keep refreshing the page. It may take a while to check out, so your patience is appreciated.

    Please know that due to the continual problems with our site, we are shifting our focus from fix our broken system, to completely starting fresh with an entirely new one. We apologize for all the frustration this is causing to all involved, we completely feel your pain.

    The shows are not sold out. The site is overloaded.

    Keep refreshing & you’ll want to keep trying until it says sold out – sorry for the inconvenience!!

    In the meantime, please do not give up. Good Luck!

    Exact same here....until the last hour when I didn't realize the sale was over until tomorrow. Probably sat hitting refresh for an hour longer than I had to. :(
