RESTRICTED TICKETS - CANNOT ORDER MORE THAN 1 UNIT(s)

I know it's been addressed before and I've done a search on other topics, with some satisfaction in what people have been saying, but what are people's experiences when they get this message:

Your cart was not updated because 2011 PEARL JAM 9/14 OTTAWA TICKET PAIR is restricted
You cannot order more than 1 unit(s) of 2011 PEARL JAM 9/14 OTTAWA TICKET PAIR

In people's experiences, when they have seen this and have been unable to check their history (I am refreshing like crazy) and no email thanking me for my order, has it meant that they have had tickets secured????

Been a crazy 50 minutes! Got to the CC information stage twice before refreshing over and over and getting to the "you cannot check out with an empty cart" screen about 5 times. Finally tried going back through the "tickets" link and got to the BUY screen for Ottawa tickets and saw the above message.

    On the same boat here...

    Got similar message for Montreal and it was in my order history. Just stop refreshing when I saw it though...

    Got the exact scenario you had but it was more like three hours for me. I think it means we go them but just not sure. Can't get to order history either.

    You guys have tickets. If you saw that message in the little red box that sales are restricted, it's restricted because you already bought the tickets. Congrats.

    you're purchase was made when you were refreshed at some point, it's a done deal

    i can't even get to the goods page let alone put in an order. I love PJ but man this whole pre-sale via their own website SUCKS!!! Let ticketmaster which has the capability to handle the volume, handle it....

    This is a total FAIL

    They can't be in cart cause i've viewed my cart & it's not there. But when I add the show's ticket, I get that exactly same note, like below.

    Got that message for both Toronto shows, managed to get into Order History & they're both there! You're good to go... :)

    Thanks. Feeling good that they are purchased, but will keep refreshing my history just to get a glimpse of them in there. if not, looks like it may be TM for me tomorrow.....

    .....and on the "can't access my history" note, can't they have ticket sales go through its own, standalone server? Why does my account info etc. have to be on the same one as the tickets? Based on the past few days, couldn't they have a single server for the tickets and another one for the rest of the pearljam.com site?

    I'm not a techie, so I'm not sure how feasible/efficient that would be, though :?

    just for anyone who's interested. This happened to me 3 outta the 4 shows I was trying to go to. I finally after an hour of trying to get to my history saw that all of those were in fact confirmed and in my history.

    hope this gives some piece of mind, as it seems no one else wants to give any

    I just got the same message but can't access my order history. I tried calling my credit card company and they are telling me that I have no recent transactions. Not sure how long it takes to get posted on your cc account. Any info on this would be appreciated-thanks! And good luck to everyone else frantically hitting that refresh button with me!!

    Well, I've got to head out now . . . .still unable to check my order history to confirm. Sigh. I have NO IDEA if tickets are secured or not. Hopefully I'll be able to confirm before the pre-pre-sale tomorrow for Ottawa, otherwise what am I to do? Buy Tm tickets I guess and sell them if need be. . . . . you guys think the site will be easy to access later tonight?
