What a colossal waste of time - thank you ten club - ban me, cancel my membership whatever...this is ridiculous...have had tickets in my card and at the credit card stage several times and each time you system from 1991 crashed - still don't know if I have tickets - maybe for the 20th anniversary you should have upgraded the system - what a charlie foxtrot - downright embarrassing that loyal members cannot get tickets - nice job

    I hear what you're saying and I know it is a total over-reaction on my part, but anger and frustration will do that - nothin' better to do, not like we can buy tickets. Imagine if this were your job and you messed it up like this...

    got screwed on the EV solo tickets because of a website glitch.......looks like it is happening again!

    If tickets are in cart you should have every chance at checking out. But because the server is a joke you can't check out fast enough? And eventually lose your tickets. Doesn't make much sense.
