Do you want to be in the heart of downtown or would you rather be in the outskirts? What is your pricerange on rent? When will you be transferring?

Prefer to be downtown and would like to keep it in the 1000-1300 range if possible. I'm flying in the Thursday before the PJ20 weekend and hopefully line up a few places to see. Likely transferring in November.
