Okay, so I was finally able to get into my order history and double-check to see my order with a confirmation number and everything. I was able to finally get through and buy tickets last night around 8pm EST after doing all the F5 and refreshing bullshit for 7 hours. I'm okay now, right? I guess my only big concern was that, after I read the nasty message about revoking tickets for criminals who used "the link," I wondered if my tickets would still be honored. But, I did get the confirmation email that my tickets were ordered, along with the number. I have not received an email saying that the order was processed though, but no one has, right? So, am I all good now?

I would say you are good. If you aren't, then a lot of people aren't. I wouldn't worry at all. Congrats!

I got my tickets last night after 13 hours and 4 mins of F5'ing the original order page I started with at 1 pm NY time. I did get an email, but I could not check my order history, of course. I see it in there now. I also called them this AM, even though I hated to bother them, but I have my tickets they say. I didn't want to clog up the servers trying to get tickets if I had them. Then again, if I didn't, I would have had to keep trying today. I am sure you have them. Happy for you! I am still giddy that I have mine! Good luck to everyone else. Keep refreshing, be patient and be nice to each other. See you there!

You're good to go. Now go get your airfare and hotel and all that jazz before the prices go through the roof!

I was initially not pro-Alpine Valley, but there are scads of inexpensive hotels (if you're willing to drive 30 miles) and cheap rental cars... and I found a no-layover redeye from LAX, so it's all good.
Is it too much to ask for a full-blown Temple of the Dog set? Probably.

I was a part of the 9 hour crew yesterday and this feels like sweet victory today. Booked my hotel room at the Country in and Suites in February for $119 a night. Double bed. I am ready to roll!!!!!!!!!!

Screen shot that baby right now. I did. Like 5 times. And saved as PDF. It's going to be a full out war if anyone even dares to take my tickets away!

Some of us bookmarked the link to the ticket page (yes, the one that's in your browser and everyone else's when they are trying for tickets) and used it as a shortcut to get to tickets rather than go to pearljam.com, goods, tickets, then desired ticket package. There hasn't been a single PJ presale that hasn't required massive refreshing and I generally lose tickets from my cart at least 10-15 times before even getting to the cc page so I knew I needed to do this to even have a shot at anything.

Some people are upset by this because those links still worked when the goods page was down.

Criminals. That's hilarious. If the didn't want people in they could have easily shut it down.
