Looks like theres a lot going on... All those loyal fans just trying to get tix... Well what about that loyal 10c doing their very best to get them all tix?... Complain... whine... They're only human... And I for one am very thankful that they are going through all of this to help get us those tix... There's no better fan club in the world and we ALL know that... I just wanna thank them all for doing this and going through all the bull*hit just so we can go to the best damn show on the planet... Thanks 10c you guys are the greatest... We appreciate your hard work... Keep it up ;)

    but they are getting paid to do a job, and they continually fail. what would happen in a real work environment?

    Yesterday and today, I would not have wanted their jobs! Can you imagine the grief they have gotten for something that is out of their control. The machines screwed up! Give the humans a break. Over the years, I have contacted 10C by phone or email and always got a fast, professional, friendly response. So please, give 'em a break. They are not doing it to 'you'. Stuff happens. Better learn to deal now, cause trust me, there is so much more in life that is harder to deal with. I hope everyone that wants tickets can get them. Good luck and be nice to each other.

    it's only one aspect of the business they do...maybe the ticketing responsibilities should be handed off to someone that can handle them.

    I dont really care about the about of responsibilities they have. Its their job to get it done.
    I couldnt do half of my job and still be employed could i?
